Improving Services Through Inclusive Co-Design
People with Disabilities Western Australia, in collaboration with the State Government, developed a guide and toolkit to help improve service experiences for people with disability. This booklet was thoughtfully designed to be inclusive, easy to understand, and accessible to all users. The design process included co-design and testing sessions with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and with different disabilities, ensuring the final product truly reflects their needs and voices.
